Our online platform allows you to choose the level of knowledge that best fits your needs, from simply understanding how flywheel resistance training works and what makes it different to other forms of resistance training, to elite training with Exerfly and specialist training for sports.

How does it work?

We offer a three tier membership model so you can choose the education and level of knowledge that best suits you! In addition to this, we offer specialized flywheel courses for specific sports and/or body parts that can be purchased individually.

Level 1 Membership

Fundamental knowledge where you'll find free content about flywheel resistance training, why it works and what makes it unique.
Exerfly Ultimate

Level 2 Membership

$120 USD/Year

This membership introduces you to Rack-Fly and Platform training fundamentals. Access to courses that look at the physiology and mechanics of flywheel resistance training, and assessment and exercise prescription using the technology.
Exerfly Rack-Fly

Level 3 Membership

$250 USD/Year

This membership includes all level 2 membership content, plus the addition of courses that advance your understanding of muscle physiology and mechanics in relation to flywheel training. You will have access to a library of flywheel research articles, research bytes and monthly meetings with our Head of Education, Professor John Cronin.

Professor John Cronin

Head of Exerfly Education Professor John Cronin

John is a professor in Strength and Conditioning within the Sports Performance Research Institute of New Zealand (SPRINZ), School of Sport and Recreation, at AUT University. SPRINZ is the number one performance based research fund rated sport research institute in New Zealand. 

John has the perfect blend of theory and practical. During his career John has worked with a variety of athletes and teams, ranging from youth development athletes to elite world champion individuals and teams. John has worked with National level cricket teams, netball, rugby union, rugby sevens, discus, boxing, wrestling, gymnastics, shooting, jet skiing and soccer. 

John is now primarily an educator, and has spent the last 20 years at AUT University lecturing in the undergraduate and postgraduate programs for sport and exercise science. He has supervised over 40 PhD and 40 Masters students in the area of strength and conditioning, and has over 400 peer reviewed papers.
