In addition to the Level 2 membership content, this Level 3 membership will have full courses posted on a regular basis that advance your understanding of muscle physiology and mechanics in relation to flywheel resistance training.
You will have access to a library of flywheel research articles and the Research Bytes will be dissected further into thoughts around the strengths and weaknesses of certain articles and the take home learnings of importance. This membership will provide you access to a community where you will meet monthly with Exerfly's Head Of Education Professor John Cronin, to discuss pre-identified topics.
The team at Exerfly education will add new resources to this Level 3 membership each month, to ensure you keep upskilling your knowledge around flywheel technology and resistance training.

Professor John Cronin
John is a professor in Strength and Conditioning within the Sports Performance Research Institute of New Zealand (SPRINZ), School of Sport and Recreation, at AUT University. SPRINZ is the number one sport performance research institute in New Zealand.
John has the perfect blend of theory and practical. During his career John has worked with a variety of athletes and teams, ranging from youth development athletes to elite world champion individuals and teams. John has worked with National level cricket, netball, soccer, rugby union and rugby sevens teams. He has also worked with discus, boxing, wrestling, gymnastics, shooting and jet skiing athletes.
John is now primarily an educator, and has spent the last 25 years at AUT University lecturing in the undergraduate and postgraduate programs for sport and exercise science. He has supervised over 40 PhD and 40 Masters students in the area of strength and conditioning and sport technology, and has over 400 peer reviewed publications.
No you don't. Our level 1 membership is for anybody that is interested in flywheel training. The resources will give you information and insights into what flywheel resistance training is all about.
Our level 1 membership is for those considering buying an Exerfly and wanting to learn more about the training tool. Our level 2 membership is for those seeking assistance to get started with Exerfly and presents information about the various technologies and fundamental loading patterns. Our level 3 membership is for those looking for professional development and wanting to be a part of an Exerfly community, where you have access to comprehensive resources and face to face interactions with the Exerfly Education team.
Yes, we are continuously making resources that will help expand your knowledge on flywheel training. We aim to add 8-12 new resources to this membership each year!
Each level builds on the previous, so if you have no flywheel resistance knowledge, then it is recommended to begin with our free level 1 membership. Once you have learnt the basics, you can upgrade to our level 3 membership!

No we don't offer trial periods. If you would like to get an idea of what our resources are like, we suggest trying out level 1 membership first, which is free to access.
